Jason E. Spain

Jason Spain attended N.C. State University in Raleigh, graduating in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Minor in Classical Studies.  He attended DePaul University College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2013.  At DePaul Jason was elected Treasurer and Vice President of the Intellectual Property Law Society by the student body.  Jason has also spent a year studying in business law in Madrid, Spain, earning a Master in International and European Business Law from the Pontifical University of Comillas.  Jason and his wife live near downtown Raleigh with their two spaniels and has practiced law in Raleigh since joining the bar in 2013.

Jason routinely counsels clients in estates and probate matters, business transactions, and international matters.  He also practices in the area of Intellectual Property, both domestic and international.  Jason is admitted to practice before all North Carolina State Courts and before the Middle District of North Carolina Federal Court.
